To complete your registration please hit the PAY LATER Tab and you will then be given the option to Pay or Pay Later. If you select pay later you can always return to this site to pay when ready or you will need to send a check to the athletic department for the amount of the registration fee. Contact Mr. Streitz if you have any questions or need additional time to pay your fee.
Physical Examinations
Students participating on High School Athletic Teams must have a current physical on file in the Activities office before the student is authorized to participate in practice/tryouts. To ensure clearance for participation, physicals should be completed and turned in to the Activities office no later than 3 school days prior to the first day of practice/tryouts.
Physicals are valid for 3 years from the date of the last exam.
